#1 call to Medicare on 4 years of fraud

The California State Insurance Commission gave me this number after I called them concerning auto insurance fraud.  I called Medicare in good faith to stop this fraud of insurance companies taking money and never delivering health care only danger to my life.

The person heard me tell her that I was strapped down in Cedars-Sinai against all state laws and the hospitals own published procedures required.  She forgot that and only remembered that they put me onto the street with nothing at the end.
