PLAS Documents

PLAS, a Charter School organization started by former L.A. Mayor "King Tony" Villaraigosa is totally out of control.  PLAS has had from day 1 no oversight by LAUSD, the L.A. County Board of Education, and the California State Department of Education. 

 PLAS was formerly run by Marshall Tuck, who is running again for Superintendent of Public Instruction for the State of California.  

The content of the Public Information Request (PIR) documents  reveals the law breaking and finacial improprieties at Roosevelt and Santee High Schools at minimum.   Just these two schools documents and Marshall Tuck recently in an Ed Source video bragged about his 8 principals at Roosevelt.  

I worked on eliminating those 8 and they are gone.  With all student funding now restored at Roosevelt High School, now only one principal, and the absence of Marshall Tuck, the situation at Roosevelt and Santee High Schools have improved.

Later I made sure that Marshall Tuck did not become head of education in the State of California when Tom Torlakson requested me to send him the PLAS Documents.  Furthermore, PLAS did not pay their Federal Taxes, and these revelations contributed to Mr Tuck's loss.  

Once again the privatizers, in their total greed, are retreading Privatizer, law breaker, Marshall Tuck, and the 

"Deceptively Orwellian PLAS Concept."  

We cannot allow these unethical people to have a thing to do with our schools.

Read the Department of Education Report on the total Lack of Accountability of Florida, Arizona, and California with their Charter Schools.

LCFF, the California School Funding System is based on a false model of the County Boards of Education having control of their schools.  I have spreadsheets of over 100 California Schools across the State and it shows in my 10 year spreadsheets that the County Boards of Education do not care or know of massive, up to 35%, of all students not being in school daily, LAUSD is 25% or 150,000, and/or 3-5 years of red ink, or bankrupty coming and when they go bankrupt the State and County make it worse.
